By using Dinecta you agree to these terms.

Service

Dinecta provides software for restaurant operations including ordering, tables, reservations, and payments.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information and actions by staff users you invite.

Subscription & billing

Pro includes a free trial period, then ₱999/month unless cancelled. Payment terms for guest transactions are governed by PayMongo and applicable payment networks.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, or abuse.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dinecta's liability is limited as set out in your commercial agreement or standard terms reviewed by counsel.
